Atletico Madrid tell Diego Costa what to do to secure return to Spain

Want away striker Diego Costa has been told by former side Atletico Madrid what he needs to do to return to Spain and Costa will not be pleased.

The forward is currently in exile in Brazil after not reporting to Blues pre-season training all summer and has been pushing for a move out of the club, more specifically to his former side Atletico.

However, the La Liga giants are poised to complete the deal but will only do so if Costa returns to Chelsea and makes peace with the Blues.

According to the Sun, Diego Simeone’s side are ready to pay £25million for his services but Chelsea are holding out for double that figure.

Officials at the Spanish club feel if Costa cools matters with his current side, they will be calmed into accepting the cut price fee.

Several reports suggest there are other clubs in the hunt for Costa, but the forward is keen to return to Spain’s capital.

Meanwhile, all indications point to the striker moving out of the club this summer, with the Mirror reporting he has moved out of his home in Surrey.

Costa, said in an interview recently, he is being treated like a criminal after he revealed Conte’s text message that said he was unwanted at Chelsea this season.

The 28-year old is sure to leave Chelsea this summer the Mirror says he has vacated his home in London as he prepares to move to Spain.
