LEAKED: Chelsea’s new home & away kits for 2017/18

As you already may know, Chelsea have signed a new kit sponsorship with Nike, binning their eleven year spell with Adidas for a much more valuable deal with the American sports equipment manufacturer.

The deal with Nike is not only 15-year-long, but it also provides Chelsea with around £60m for transfer fees every year, meaning its total worth is somewhere around £900m. With Adidas Chelsea only earned half of what Nike are delivering now.

Nike are yet to publish any drafts of what sort of shirts they’re planning to let the club choose from, but the first leaked photos of what are claimed to be Chelsea’s official kits for 2016/17, have now gone viral on social media.

The home kit features the very iconic Chelsea blue all-around, with shady, darker blue stripes horizontally crossing the front of the shirt. The shoulders are solid blue and there are small white lines on the sides.

The away kit looks very stylish as well, with simple thick blue lines on the front and on the right-hand sleeve.

What are your thoughts on these kits should they really be the official ones for next season?
