Premier League star names Eden Hazard as his toughest opponent

Everton fullback has named Eden Hazard as the toughest opponent he’s faced in the Premier League.

Speaking in the Daily Mail, he admitted that the Belgian attacker was the player he feared particularly, even among the exceptional attacking talents found in almost every Premier League squad.

Coleman is one of the league’s most feared right backs, coming from nowhere as a £60,000 signing from the League of Ireland to slot into Everton’s team ahead of more expensive and higher profile signings and providing a more than worthy counterbalance to Leighton Baines down the left flank.

While Coleman is known more for his marauding runs down the flank, he’s no slouch defensively either, and clearly has seen enough of Hazard for a lifetime, with Chelsea’s 5-0 win earlier this season seeing the Irishman skinned by Hazard repeatedly as the winger scored twice in a dominant display.

The Everton player was speaking as part of an event organised by Everton in aid of World Down Syndrome Day.
