Chelsea drawn against Manchester United in mouth-watering FA Cup tie

Chelsea have been drawn at home against Manchester United in the quarter finals of the FA Cup.

The Blues will finally face Premier League opposition, having faced Peterborough, Brentford and most recently Wolves, whom they beat in a tight 2-0 game at Molineux at the weekend.

A clash with Jose Mourinho’s Man United side is the spiciest fixture in a quarter final round that also features miracle-makers Lincoln City facing the winner of today’s game between Sutton United and Arsenal.

Chelsea beat United 4-0 at Stamford Bridge earlier this season in one of the most sensational results in the league so far, and Jose Mourinho is likely to be desperate revenge.

However the Red Devils are facing a tough fixture pile up over the next few months, with a League Cup final against Southampton and a Europa League second leg against St Etienne on the horizon too.

With that in mind, Conte’s Chelsea should be favourite for a win, and indeed the bookies have them at 2.15 to win the tie, with Man U outsiders at 3.75.
