Former Chelsea full back Ashley Cole’s career is winding down. At 36 the former Arsenal man is still playing for LA Galaxy, but he has his eyes on a future in coaching.
The evidence for this came in an Instagram post from the Champions League winner, showing what he called his “homework” after a game.
Conspicuously, Cole’s notebooks were Chelsea branded. So whether Ashley ever ends up coming back to coach at Stamford Bridge or not, it’s clear that the Chelsea hierarchy are helping him prepare for a role in coaching in the future.
