Chelsea’s Nathan Ake was not on the South coast for very long, but he has clearly made a big impression since August.
The defender broke into the side there a couple of months ago and was in great goalscoring form before being recalled yesterday by Antonio Conte.
Dutchman Ake was clearly very touched by his treatment by the fans of the South Coast club, and posted the following Instagram as a thank you to them.
