Chelsea could complete shocking Batshuayi swap deal with Swansea

According to Metro, Chelsea are willing to loan Michy Batshuayi to Swansea City for the remainder of the season in exchange for Fernando Llorente this January.

The Blues have emerged as big admirers of the Spanish striker Fernando Llorente, who Antonio Conte managed during their time at Juventus winning the Serie A title together in 2014.

Batshuayi, 23, is yet to start a Premier League game for Chelsea this season, and could benefit from a bigger role at the Welsh side with his development and adaption to the English football.

Swansea, however, are unlikely to let go of their star striker without a good offer, as the 31-year-old is seen as they key to prevent the Swans from relegation at the end of the season. Replacing the former Sevilla man with Batshuayi could be risk too big for Swansea, but it’s clear that Llorente is a top target for Conte this January.
