Antonio Conte wants to sign contract rebel Alexis Sanchez

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is reportedly hoping to secure a move for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez once his contract at the Emirates Stadium runs out in 2018, Mirror reports.

The Blues are also looking to reignite their interest on Everton hitman Romelu Lukaku, should Diego Costa leave the team at the end of the season.

Chelsea are also keeping tabs on Romelu Lukaku’s situation at Everton.

Sanchez is demanding for a ridiculous weekly wage of £300,000-a-week to stay at Arsenal, and the Gunners are struggling to find an alternative way to keep hold of their talisman Chilean.

The 29-year-old has been Arsenal’s best player by far this season, scoring 16 goals and bagging glorious 10 assists to his name under Arsene Wenger in all competitions this term.

Should he decide to quit Arsenal, Sanchez would be an excellent option for his versatility and experience in the Premier League, as he’s able to score and provide goals from all attacking positions on the pitch.
