Fenerbahce have set a £15 million asking price for Simon Kjaer following Chelsea’s inquiry to sign the defender this summer, talkSport reports.
Chelsea are in hunt of quality center halves this transfer window, and have set their sights on the Denmark international, as the club have already scouted him in many previous occasions before.
Kjaer joined the Turkish side last summer from Losc Lille for €7.5m, and Fenerbahce want to hold onto the defender for at least one more year as he still has three years left in his contract.
However, the club are ready to let go of the 26-year-old if the right price is met, as Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid are also keen to bolster their defence for next season, and are currently awaiting a bid from the Blues.
