Chelsea in risk of losing Dominic Solanke following his staggering wage demands

Chelsea are in danger of losing the 18-year-old starlet Dominic Solanke if the club won’t meet his £50,000-a-week wage demands, Daily Mail reports.

The current Vitesse Arnhem loanee has only played 17 minutes for the Blues, and has one year left in his contract with the club.

The contract talks between the club and the player have stalled due to Solanke demanding such high salary, including guaranteed first team football for next season.

He has been at the club since 2004, joining as an under-8, and it would be a shame if him and Chelsea were to part ways without the player making a proper appearing to the senior side.

The Blues may yet try to compromise with the young striker, although demanding wages of £50,000-a-week is rather unreasonable for a 18-year-old who’s still unproven in the Premier League.
