Hazard ready to be sold for half-price by Abramovich

Chelsea star Eden Hazard is reportedly set to be sold to Real Madrid after a long run of poor performances failing to find the target for more than once this season.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has decided to sell the Belgium international for an unexpectedly low price of £20 million this summer, according to Goal.com.

Sport journalist and reporter Eduardo Inda insists in his TV show El Chiringuito de Jugones, that the teams are in advanced talks to complete the deal for the player before the 2016 European Championship hosted by France.

The Blues signed Hazard from LOSC Lille for £32 million in June 2012 and the last season’s Premier League Player of the Year has an extended contract with the club till June 2020.

The 25-year-old has recently admitted his desire to play under his ‘dream manager’ Zinedine Zidane who took over at Santiago Bernabeu after the sack of Rafa Benitez, but has told he’s ‘very happy’ at Chelsea.

Hazard has already admitted he feels responsibility of José Mourniho’s sacking and could be now on his way out of the club the same way as the Portugese manager.
