Jose confirms changes are coming, rejoice!

The writing on the wall is clear and if we can read into Jose statements change is coming. This does not mean results will get better it just means we need to go back to the drawing board and try rebuild the team with a totally new DNA. We are in for a big fight and Jose is not going to run from it.

I have my professional pride and I know I’m very good at my job. Secondly because I like this club very much. If that’s not the case it could be different, but in the accumulation of both situations I want the best for my club and the best for my club is for me to stay, so I stay.

After our 3-1 thrashing at the hands of Southampton the immediate feeling was Chelsea need to get rid of the manager.

For me everything is clear. I have been in football for a long time and the power is always with the owners and the boards in the end. I was taught that from day one in my life, I was coached to understand and respect that all the time.

Jose is now going to take the gloves off and make some big decisions a few of the youth players have impressed this season when given an opportunity. Kennedy, RLC and Zouma.

Zouma made a huge mistake last week and his replacement the Captain got his opportunity to get back into the starting line-up and made 2 costly mistakes so our central defensive pairing went from bad to worse and looked very slow as soon as Southampton was on the break.

Kennedy has been lively and pacey our big problem so far is lack of urgency and pace, he should become a permanent starter.

We are conceding too many goals it’s time to bring back Mikel for good and link him up with RLC in front of the back four that should plug the big hole in defence.

Expect Chelsea to also spend big in the January transfer window this will signal the end of the road for Terry and Ivanovic. Chelsea is very likely going to bring in 2 defenders and a striker to replace Falcao.
