Jose lauds Man City’s transfer activity

Jose Mourinho has lauded the transfer activity of Manchester City while insisting Chelsea are not resting on their laurels after last season’s triumph.
After Chelsea’s loss against Crystal Palace, they lie 13th on the league table with four points after four games of the Premier League season.
Jose’s side have added Pedro, Asmir Begovic, Kenedy and Baba Rahman to their ranks this summer but the squad still seems short of quality to retain the league title.

Manuel Pelegrini’s City have secured Raheem Sterling, Nicolas Otamendi, Fabian Delph, Patrick Roberts and Kevin de Bruyne for a mammoth fee of £146m and Jose thinks Man City have made the right moves in the market this summer,

City reacted to the fact they had lost the title. They reacted buying fantastic players. They are buying more until the end of the market.

This is their job and if they have that possibility and the economic potential to do that, good. They did well. It is no problem.
