Each squad for the Champions League has to meet certain requirements of 8 home grown players and 4 players trained by the club between a certain age.
However Chelsea failed to submit 8 home grown players therefore our squad has been reduced to 23 players rather than 25. This has led to our new signing Papy Djilobodji being left out the listing.
