Hector made 49 appearances for Reading last season in the Championship under former Chelsea coach Steve Clarke and has hugely improved at the Madejski stadium since he arrived there in 2009.
Despite reports that His signing was a desperate on by Jose Mourinho, Hector will not be part of the Chelsea squad as the West London club turn see viable options in PSG where two bid for Marquinos has been rejected today according to Sky Sources.
Hector is a Jamaica international and started all their games in the recently ended 2015 Copa America.
