Polish youngster signs professional contract with Chelsea

Highly-rated playmaker Hubert Adamczyk has signed a professional contract with Chelsea.

The 17-year-old is an attacking midfielder, capable of playing on either wing or in his favoured role of the No. 10.

The Polish youth international’s hopes of breaking into the Chelsea first team will be bolstered by the fact that the Blues are yet to sign any big named players in this transfer window; with Mourinho expected to call a number of youth team players into the first team for next season.

Adamczyk, who is the latest in a line of youngsters touted to have a big future at Chelsea, joined the Blues’ academy in 2014 for a fee of £672,000 from Zawisza Bydgoszcz.

The youngster has played nine times for Poland’s Under 16’s and 17’s respectively, scoring twice.
